About The Position

Ace Parking is seeking a Valet to deliver courteous, efficient parking and guest service while supporting the company’s values of accountability, communication, family, exceptional service, and profitability. The role includes safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining accurate vehicle records and securely storing keys, communicating procedures and fees, assisting guests, and coordinating with team members. The Valet also helps keep the parking area clean and organized, supports revenue collection, and reports maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions. Compensation is $16.90–$17.00 per hour plus tips, with discount programs offered.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and ensure keys are securely stored.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Explain parking procedures and fees to guests.
• Answer guest questions and concerns and handle issues calmly and professionally.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support colleagues during peak times and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Assist guests with parking needs and provide courteous customer service.
• Keep the parking lot and surrounding areas clean and organized, including clearing debris and trash.
• Provide additional guest assistance as needed, such as carrying bags or giving directions.
• Manage parking spaces efficiently and ensure fees are collected accurately.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
