About The Position

AAA Parking is seeking an enthusiastic Valet/Guest Service Associate for the Atlanta Marriott Suites Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia. The role provides hospitality to hotel guests by greeting arriving and departing guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, opening doors, and offering information and directions. Associates are expected to deliver fast, fun, friendly, and professional service and help make each guest's valet experience memorable and unique. The position pays $13 per hour plus tips and is listed as full-time, second shift, from 3 PM to 11 PM. Applicants must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
Ability to stand for long periods and run short distances.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds.
Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed appearance.
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior valet or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds.
Greet arriving and departing guests and open doors.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles.
Provide guests with information and directions.
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, hotel staff, and co-workers.
Practice AAA Basics and follow AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards.
Immediately secure all keys.
Run quickly to retrieve cars and drive slowly when presenting cars.
Help ensure each guest's valet experience is memorable and unique.
