About The Position

AAA Parking is hiring a Valet Attendant at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark Hotel. The role is the first and last point of contact for guests and focuses on providing professional, welcoming, and efficient service. The scheduled shift is 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with flexible days and weekends required. The position pays $15.00 per hour plus tips. AAA Parking is a family-operated parking business with more than 65 years of experience. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
Ability to stand for 100% of the shift.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds.
Flexible schedule based on business needs; weekends are required.
Must successfully pass a background and driving record check.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome arriving and departing guests; answer questions clearly and professionally.
Open car and hotel doors, assist with coats and luggage, share information about hotel services, facilities, local points of interest, and entertainment, and assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
Complete valet tickets accurately and check vehicles for damage.
Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently, and keep keys organized and secure.
Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with company uniform and appearance standards.
Keep the valet area clean, organized, and inviting.
Coordinate with hotel staff and colleagues to support smooth arrivals and departures and assist the team during busy periods or special events.
Follow safety protocols to protect guests and vehicles; promptly report accidents, injuries, or incidents to a supervisor.
Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine willingness to assist guests.
