About The Position

AAA Parking is hiring a Valet Attendant at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark in St. Louis, Missouri. The role is the first and last point of contact for hotel guests and focuses on providing a welcoming, professional, and seamless guest experience. The overnight shift is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with flexible days and weekends required. Compensation is $15 per hour plus tips. AAA Parking is a family-operated parking business with more than 65 years of industry experience. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
Ability to stand for 100% of the shift.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds.
Flexible schedule based on business needs; weekends are required.
Must successfully pass a background and driving record check.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome arriving and departing guests, answer questions professionally, and open vehicle and hotel doors.
Assist guests with coats and luggage, provide information about hotel services and facilities and local attractions, and help guests with special needs or disabilities.
Complete valet tickets accurately and check vehicles for damage.
Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, and keep vehicle keys organized and secure.
Maintain a clean, professional, well-groomed appearance in accordance with company uniform and appearance standards.
Keep the valet area clean, organized, and inviting.
Coordinate guest arrivals and departures with hotel staff and valet colleagues, and support team members during busy periods or special events.
Follow safety protocols to protect guests and vehicles; promptly report accidents, injuries, or incidents to a supervisor.
Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.
Provide service in keeping with AAA Parking’s standards of positive attitude, professional appearance, and genuine assistance to guests.
