Medication Technician Overnight 11pm-7am

The Medication Technician works at The Blake at (Community Name) and supports residents by administering medication, monitoring and documenting changes in their health, and assisting with dining and activities as needed. Requirements
- Have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current Medication Technician license issued by the state.
- Be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Experience working with older adults.
Responsibilities
- Report changes in residents’ health and status and complete daily data sheets to record progress.
- Provide medication management accurately and professionally, in accordance with The Blake standards and state regulations.
- Understand and explain medication dosage and pharmacology when needed.
- Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
- Assist with dining as needed or as directed by the leadership team.
- Assist with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
