About The Position

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a safe Overnight Valet Driver for the Loews Kansas City location. The role involves parking customer vehicles safely, providing helpful customer service, and following applicable traffic and safety practices. Valets are expected to arrive on time in a clean uniform and remain in uniform throughout their shift. The position may offer career growth opportunities and access to internal training.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States, with valid documentation provided if hired.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency, and understand instructions, short emails, and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed, including second or third shift and/or weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle before parking it and note any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Respond quickly and kindly to customer questions.
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know major local streets, landmarks, and freeways and provide directions to customers when needed.
• Arrive on time for each scheduled shift in a clean uniform and remain in complete uniform throughout the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
