About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring part-time Valet Attendants in Boston, Massachusetts. The scheduled overnight shifts are Sunday and Monday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly, explaining parking rates and vehicle-retrieval instructions, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. Attendants are expected to maintain a professional company-uniform appearance, help resolve customer issues, and may be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects. The work is active and primarily outdoors, involving standing and walking, and may include carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Pay is $23 per hour plus cash tips. Applicants must be at least 18 and have held a valid driver’s license for at least two years. The application asks whether applicants can drive a manual transmission.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Energetic and outgoing, with the ability to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects when requested by local management.
