About The Position

Brand Enhance Hospitality is a hospitality management company that operates a range of properties, from independently owned locations to luxury sites owned by global brands. With more than two decades of experience in the parking and hospitality industry, the company provides tailored solutions intended to create exceptional guest experiences.

The Overnight Valet welcomes hotel guests and visitors, assists with directions and luggage, inspects vehicles, and parks and moves them safely. The role also includes securing vehicle keys, managing rental items and waivers, driving a shuttle when required, and maintaining clean work areas. The position requires overnight availability and work in varying weather conditions, along with frequent physical activity.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with no marks on the record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Availability to work the overnight shift.
• Professionalism, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to work outdoors in heat, wind, rain, and other elements.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests and visitors as they enter the drive and open car and lobby doors.
• Provide property directions and assist guests and visitors with unloading and reloading luggage.
• Complete valet tickets, including a comprehensive vehicle damage check.
• Safely park and move vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Tag and secure keys in the key room or at the podium.
• Manage hotel rental items, such as bikes and surfboards, and ensure each rental has a corresponding waiver.
• Drive the shuttle vehicle based on site requirements.
• Maintain a clean work environment, including sweeping the drive and cleaning the key room or podium area.
