About The Position

Metropolis uses computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. The Valet Attendant position is located at Loews Miami Beach. Attendants provide guest-focused valet service in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers and safely parking vehicles. Pay is listed as $10.98 per hour plus tips for the day shift and $13–$15 per hour plus tips for the overnight shift.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is required.
Valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.
Ability to follow instructions and remain calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Regularly stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods.
Occasionally sit, climb, or balance.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Remain alert and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift).
Flexible availability for special shifts, including second shift, third shift, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

Resolve guest requests and concerns efficiently and find solutions to problems.
Provide guests with directions using knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways.
Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to customers.
Inspect each vehicle before parking it and note and report any findings.
Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Immediately report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and ready to work.
Maintain a clean, complete uniform throughout the shift.
Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
