About The Position

SP+, a Metropolis company, is an artificial intelligence company that uses computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. It operates a parking network with more than 23,000 employees and over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe.

SP+ is seeking safe, customer-focused valet drivers who enjoy interacting with people. Valet drivers help provide a seamless customer experience by safely inspecting and parking vehicles, communicating with customers, and following traffic and safety requirements. The position is located in Atlanta, Georgia. The listed pay is $15.00 per hour, plus tips.

Requirements

• Hold a valid state driver’s license, have a current address, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Provide valid documentation proving eligibility to work legally in the United States if hired.
• Provide accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Be able to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency, and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and adapt calmly to changes, delays, and unexpected events.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, including regularly standing and walking, handling cash and equipment, occasionally sitting and climbing or balancing, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift).
• Availability to work special shifts if needed, including second or third shifts and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, find solutions to problems, and communicate proactively with clients.
• Inspect vehicles before parking them and note all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways to support customers' transportation experience.
• Arrive on time for each scheduled shift in a clean uniform and remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
