About The Position
Metropolis is an artificial intelligence company that uses computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. It operates a parking network with more than 23,000 employees at over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe. The company is working to extend checkout-free experiences to everyday settings. The Valet/Bell Attendant role is located in South Beach, Miami Beach, Florida, and pays $12 per hour plus tips. The position focuses on providing guest service and safely operating vehicles in a fast-paced environment. The attendant responds to guest requests, explains valet procedures and rates, inspects vehicles, follows traffic laws, and reports incidents to management. The role also requires reliable attendance, a complete uniform, and support for additional operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is required.
- Valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
- Provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.
- Ability to follow instructions and remain calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Able to regularly stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for extended periods.
- Able to occasionally sit, climb, or balance.
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Remain alert and professional in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle.
- Flexible availability for special shifts, including second shift, third shift, and/or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, finding creative solutions to problems.
- Maintain knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to provide directions to guests.
- Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to customers.
- Inspect each vehicle before parking it and note and report any findings.
- Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
- Immediately report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
- Maintain a clean, complete uniform throughout the shift.
- Assist management with additional duties as assigned to support smooth operations.
