About The Position

The Valet Attendant provides a positive experience for customers parking at the assigned location by maintaining helpful, professional interactions with customers and clients. The role is based at Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado, and reports directly to the Project Manager at the assigned site.

This can be a full- or part-time position, generally around 32 hours or more per week. Schedules are determined weekly, may change based on business needs, and are usually in the morning or afternoon. The position requires safely parking guest vehicles, maintaining organized work areas, supporting customers, and handling vehicle keys and revenue accurately and securely. Other duties may be assigned, and the attendant is expected to be flexible and open-minded.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background checks.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue.
• Ability to maintain organization and perform under stress.
• Flexible and open-minded about performing other assigned duties.

Nice To Haves

• Vehicle lift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly and offer assistance to anyone who appears to need it.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
• Promptly report customer- or client-experience issues to management.
• Maintain professionalism with clients, establish positive rapport with customers, and learn the names of key property personnel.
• Accurately verify, collect, and record revenue.
• Safely park guest vehicles efficiently and follow Parkwell safety standards and training.
• Secure keys in a locked podium or key box and verify vehicle ownership when matching keys to claim checks.
• Stay organized and perform effectively under stress.
• Protect the integrity of guests’ vehicles and personal possessions.
• Immediately report incidents to a supervisor or manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
