About The Position

The Valet Attendant makes an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with guests and customers in a positive, friendly manner and providing safe, efficient service and the best possible experience. The role includes safely operating and organizing vehicles, tracking keys and vehicles, maintaining an organized operation, supporting shift transitions, completing assigned cleaning duties, and following company attendance and appearance standards.

Requirements

Entry-level role; no specific years of experience are stated.
Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
Friendly and outgoing, with an upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic.
Able to smile during customer interactions and create relationships with customers.
Maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.
Able to run and move quickly, stand for long periods, and lift at least 50 lbs.
Able to organize cars efficiently.
Able to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
At least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residency.
Able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
Have a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider.
Be organized.

Responsibilities

Keep the safety of oneself and others in mind at all times.
Operate vehicles safely to minimize the potential for accidents.
Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
Provide an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain organization at the operation.
Create a positive environment for customers and teammates through enthusiasm about the job.
Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices.
Help facilitate the transition at the end of a shift.
Maintain a sharp, neat appearance and grooming at all times.
Complete cleaning duties as assigned.
Adhere to VPNE's attendance policy.
