About The Position

Provide excellent guest service by parking and retrieving guest vehicles. Maintain the integrity of Valet Operations, process retrieval slips, complete required departmental paperwork, and maintain friendly relationships with customers. The role requires driving manual-transmission vehicles and working in extreme hot or cold weather. Gaming experience is not required.

The position is located at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage in Rancho Mirage, California. The work environment may include a smoke-filled casino setting, where noise can escalate beyond the moderate level typical of an office. The role involves standing and moving throughout the property, walking up to one mile, climbing stairs, and standing at a desk or workstation for the duration of the shift. It also requires intermittent handling or movement of items weighing at least 25 pounds and sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment.

Requirements

• Good driving record with no recent accidents.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must obtain a valid California Driver's License.
• Ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle.
• Ability to handle extreme weather conditions, including hot and cold.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the office area and properties, walk up to one mile, climb stairs, and stand at a desk or workstation for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift, carry, or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 pounds intermittently.
• Sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment, including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and a multi-line telephone.
