About The Position

The Valet Attendant makes an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with guests and customers in a positive, friendly manner and providing a safe and efficient service. The role involves keeping vehicles and keys organized, maintaining an orderly operation, and contributing to a positive experience for customers and teammates. Attendants also help facilitate shift transitions, perform assigned cleaning duties, and follow company attendance and uniform standards.

Requirements

Entry-level position; no specific years of experience required.
Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
Friendly and outgoing, with an upbeat personality and strong work ethic.
Able to smile during customer interactions and build relationships with customers.
Willingness to go the extra mile.
Able to run and move quickly and stand for long periods of time.
Able to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
At least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residency.
Able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
Have a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider.
Be organized and maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.

Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
Provide an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain organization at the operation.

Help facilitate the transition at the end of a shift.
Maintain a sharp, neat appearance and comply with uniform standards.
Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
Adhere to VPNE's attendance policy.
Organize cars efficiently.
