About The Position

The Valet Attendant controls guest traffic flow at the casino’s front entrance, greeting and directing guests to the appropriate outlet or area. Reporting to the Lead Valet Supervisor, the role welcomes guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner and helps create a positive first impression.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Submit a driver’s abstract.
• Ability to drive a standard or automatic transmission.
• Customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends, and holidays, as schedules may vary.

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with employees at all levels and with guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Show initiative by anticipating guest or operational needs.
• Direct guests to the appropriate outlets or departments.
• Immediately report concerns or issues to the Security Department.
• Look out for the safety of yourself and co-workers and follow workplace health and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
