About The Position

The Valet Attendant at Caravan Court is responsible for providing a warm, polished, and professional first and last impression to every guest. Attendants safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while providing personalized service aligned with the hotel’s service standards. The role is full-time and reports to the Valet Manager.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• No vehicle violations within the past five years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods, including a minimum of five consecutive hours.
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• No prior experience required.
• No minimum education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests according to hotel standards.
• Register all vehicles in the parking platform.
• Communicate the valet process to guests.
• Assist guests with luggage and directions.
• Park guest vehicles professionally and efficiently.
• Anticipate and attend to guest needs during interactions.
• Proactively assist guests, including with concierge services.
• Attend and contribute to department meetings.
• Participate in cross-training and complete required training.
• Facilitate internal communications and follow up accordingly.
• Run reports necessary to the operation.
• Complete shift handoff reports and checklists.
• Log work in appropriate platforms.
• Follow safety, security, and driving regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Display courteous behavior with guests and team members.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Ensure hotel equipment is in proper working condition.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
