About The Position

The Valet Attendant makes an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with guests and customers in a positive, friendly manner and providing a safe, efficient service. The role involves safely operating vehicles, keeping track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage, maintaining an organized operation, and creating a positive experience for customers and teammates. The attendant also helps facilitate the transition at the end of a shift, performs assigned cleaning duties, follows VPNE’s attendance policy, and maintains professional communication and grooming standards.

Requirements

Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
Friendly and outgoing, with the ability to smile during customer interactions.
Upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and strong work ethic.
Maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.
Ability to run and move quickly.
Ability to organize cars efficiently.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
At least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residency.
Pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
Ability to create relationships with customers.
Be organized.
Have a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE’s current insurance provider.
