About The Position

The Valet Attendant helps Durango provide approachable, luxury hospitality and creates personalized moments for guests. The role focuses on making the guest experience easy through friendly, positive service with a personal touch. The attendant safely and efficiently parks and retrieves guests’ vehicles, records any existing damage before accepting a vehicle, parks it in the correct space, and returns it promptly in the same condition.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver’s license for the state in which the property is located.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be able to obtain all necessary work cards.
• Be naturally kind, inclusive, forward-thinking, reliable, passionate, and self-aware.

Responsibilities

• Operate and park guests’ cars safely and efficiently.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner.
• Park guests’ vehicles accurately in the correct parking spaces.
• Record any damage to a guest’s automobile before accepting and parking the vehicle.
• Return each car promptly and in the same condition it was in when the guest left it.
