About The Position
Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Vacation Sales Manager for its Retail Marketing team. The manager will lead the team inside the Bass Pro Shops at 100 Bass Pro Dr, Pearl, MS 39208. Retail Marketing promotes and sells affordable, family-friendly mini-vacation packages through retail locations in Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops throughout the country. The Vacation Sales Manager will staff, develop, and lead a high-performing, forward-facing team of 3–5 Sales Representatives. Team members engage potential customers to generate leads and sell vacation packages. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and values teamwork. Sales Representatives earn uncapped commission; the posting states that the manager’s earnings also increase as the team sells more.
