About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring Vacation Sales Agents for on-site, face-to-face sales at marketing locations and events in San Francisco and Sunvalley Mall in Concord, California. Candidates will be assigned a primary location based on proximity to their home address. The role involves engaging vacationing families, promoting vacation experiences and preview tours, booking reservations, and helping guests prepare for their vacations. Agents use smart technology to manage appointments and guest information while learning sales strategies and working toward goals. The position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses; top performers regularly earn more than $100,000 annually. Paid training is provided, and previous sales experience is not required. Schedule flexibility is required, including availability for a variety of shifts based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality and strong communication skills.
• Resilience, a competitive mindset, and motivation to exceed goals.
• Comfort using MS Office, tablets, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.
