About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring an on-site, face-to-face Vacation Sales Agent to work at marketing locations and events. The role involves engaging vacationing families, promoting vacation experiences and preview tours, booking reservations, and helping guests prepare for their vacations. Agents use technology to manage appointments and guest information, learn sales strategies, and work toward goals while earning hourly pay plus uncapped commission. Paid training is provided, and prior sales experience is not required. The stated hourly pay is $15.15, and the start date is October 23, 2026. Schedule flexibility is required, including availability for days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.

Requirements
