Vacation Sales Agent
About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring an on-site, face-to-face Vacation Sales Agent to engage with guests at marketing locations and events. The role focuses on creating positive conversations with vacationing families, promoting vacation experiences and preview tours, and booking reservations. Associates use smart technology to manage appointments and guest information while learning sales strategies and working toward goals. Compensation is $15.50 per hour plus commissions and bonuses, with uncapped commission potential. Paid training is provided, and prior sales experience is not required. Schedule flexibility is required, including availability for a variety of shifts based on business needs.
