About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring an on-site, face-to-face Vacation Sales Agent to work at marketing locations and events. This is not a remote or work-from-home position. The role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for growth and career development. Top performers can earn $100,000 or more annually, with the posting also noting that top performers make $150,000 or more annually.

Agents create engaging conversations with vacationing families, promote vacation experiences and preview tours, book reservations, and help guests prepare for their vacations. They use technology to manage appointments and guest information, learn sales strategies, and work toward sales goals. Schedule flexibility is required, including availability for a variety of shifts based on business needs. The stated start date is November 6, 2026.

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
• Resilience, a competitive mindset, and motivation to exceed goals.
• Comfort using MS Office, tablets, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.
• No prior sales experience is required; training is provided.
