About The Position

Sodexo is hiring a Utility Specialist for the Delta Sky Club at Jacksonville International Airport. This role supports the kitchen and service teams by maintaining clean, sanitized, organized, and stocked dish and kitchen areas. Training is provided, and there is potential for career growth within the company. The position is based in a dynamic airport hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work well on a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness.
• Must pass a TSA background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Able to bend and reach and work in varying kitchen temperatures.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior dishwashing or food service utility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dish and kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with cleaning workstations, floors, and equipment.
• Support kitchen and service teams with restocking and organization.
• Safely dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
