About The Position

The Utility Custodian performs routine and specialized janitorial duties in a secure facility. The role requires professionalism, discretion, and strict adherence to security, safety, and confidentiality requirements. The custodian maintains offices, conference rooms, restrooms, corridors, and common areas; handles waste and sensitive materials according to information-protection procedures; and responds to scheduled and unscheduled cleaning needs. The position requires an active Top Secret SCI with CI Poly clearance. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Two to four years of industry experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and demonstrate attention to detail and reliability. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, and maintain offices, conference rooms, restrooms, corridors, and common areas within a secure facility.
Handle waste disposal, recycling, and shredding in accordance with IC security and information-protection procedures.
Safely operate custodial equipment and use approved cleaning agents in compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
Respond to scheduled and unscheduled cleaning requests, including spill response and special-event support.
Maintain custodial supply inventory and report shortages or equipment issues.
Follow access control, badge, escort, and compartmentalization requirements.
Immediately report security concerns, safety hazards, or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
Support emergency procedures and continuity-of-operations activities as directed.
Maintain professionalism and discretion around sensitive personnel, materials, and spaces.
