About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join a dynamic team. The technician diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle systems, performs inspections, keeps accurate service records, and communicates with the Service Advisor about additional repairs and completion estimates. The role also involves collaborating with teammates and participating in training to stay current with new technologies and equipment.

Requirements

• Two or more years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE Certification required.
• B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
• Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others as a teammate.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of Service Technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform regular inspections to identify faults and potential problems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional repairs and completion estimates.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on new technologies and equipment.
