About The Position

Haag Ford Sales is seeking a motivated and dependable Used Vehicle Technician to join its growing service team in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The position focuses on inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards before being offered for sale. Nice To Haves

Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
ASE certifications are a plus but are not required.
Ford experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical, electrical, and safety concerns.
Diagnose and repair used vehicle issues efficiently and accurately.
Recondition vehicles, including brake, suspension, steering, drivability, and maintenance repairs.
Perform oil changes, tire services, and routine maintenance.
Conduct vehicle safety inspections according to dealership standards.
Document repairs and recommendations accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work with the Used Vehicle Manager and Service Department to meet reconditioning timelines.
