About The Position

Haag Ford Sales is seeking a motivated and dependable Used Vehicle Technician to join its service team. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards before being offered for sale. The position is full-time and pays $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and productivity. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive technician experience is preferred.
ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
Ford experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections and identify mechanical, electrical, and safety concerns.
Diagnose and repair used vehicle issues efficiently and accurately.
Complete reconditioning work, including brakes, suspension, steering, drivability, and maintenance repairs.
Perform oil changes, tire services, and routine maintenance.
Conduct vehicle safety inspections according to dealership standards.
Document repairs and recommendations accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work closely with the Used Vehicle Manager and Service Department to meet reconditioning timelines.
