About The Position

The Used Vehicle Manager buys and manages used vehicle inventory to ensure used vehicle sales meet company standards. The role uses all available avenues for purchasing vehicles and keeps inventory diverse and aligned with sales projections. The position reports directly to the General Manager.

This is a performance-driven position with compensation eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. The position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• A track record as a high-volume Used Vehicle Manager.
• Ability to desk car deals.
• Strong knowledge of procurement outside the auction.
• Ability to engage with customers and the Sales Team.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
