About The Position

BMW of Minnetonka is searching for a proven, luxury-minded Used Vehicle Manager—a leader who understands that in the world of premium automobiles, every detail matters and every customer interaction shapes the brand. We are looking for a market-driven strategist, a high-performance operator, and an expert in luxury pre-owned inventory who knows how to build a department that wins. As the Used Vehicle Manager at BMW of Minnetonka, you will lead one of the region’s most dynamic pre-owned operations. You’ll take ownership of sourcing, pricing, merchandising, and maximizing turn—while cultivating a culture of excellence that aligns with the prestige of the BMW brand. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or management (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus, Porsche, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success managing or influencing pre-owned inventory performance
  • Deep knowledge of local competitors, market trends, buyer behavior, and digital retail strategy
  • A performance-driven mindset paired with a polished, customer-centric approach
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and elevate a team
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for pre-owned inventory acquisition, pricing strategy, and lot performance
  • Forecasting, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to position BMW of Minnetonka as the premier luxury destination
  • Leadership of a high-performing sales team with a focus on accountability, customer experience, and brand standards
  • Execution of merchandising strategies that reflect BMW’s luxury identity
  • Collaboration with Service, Finance, and New Car leadership to optimize total dealership performance
