About The Position

The Used Truck Sales Coordinator supports the used truck sales process and related administrative operations. The role welcomes customers, handles sales and warranty documentation, coordinates vendor work and invoices, maintains truck inventory and online listings, and processes customer and deal paperwork through submission to accounting. The coordinator also handles cash and outside-lender deals from beginning to end and performs additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
• At least one year of experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet incoming customers.
• Assist with policy claims.
• Enter inventory into the database and Locator Pro.
• Assign purchase orders to vendors when work needs to be completed.
• Process and enter invoices into YOOZ.
• Assist with warranty registrations and extended warranty purchases.
• Stock in trucks, trades, and OMPs.
• Process transfer agreements, wire requests, and check requests.
• Issue purchase orders and process vendor invoices.
• Upload truck documents and pictures to SOD.
• Ensure web descriptions are accurate and publish trucks to Truck Paper.
• Submit weekly ad pages for Truck Paper and Facebook.
• Process customer deposits and refunds.
• Process recaps on truck deals.
• Book truck deals and submit them to accounting.
• Handle cash and outside-lender deals from beginning to end.
• Create credit files, including pulling credit.
• Scan completed files into SOD.
• Log finalized deals in PTGIS.
• Process title work.
• Submit Daimler/Funding packets.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.
