About The Position

We're looking for a content-obsessed social storyteller to join our growing US team as US Social Manager. This is not a standalone social media role, it's an opportunity to be the brand's dedicated US market expert within a globally led social function, bringing NEOM Wellbeing's world-class content strategy to life for American audiences. You'll be based in New York and work in close alignment with our Global Brand and Social team (based in the UK), serving as the eyes, ears, and creative hands on the ground in the US. You'll shoot and edit content, manage our US community, handle creator relationships, and feed US market intelligence back to the global team so it shapes strategy, not just execution. Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media experience, ideally at a consumer lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brand.
  • A genuine passion for content creation, you shoot, you edit, you post, and you love every part of it.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing organic social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera; proficient in CapCut or similar video editing tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for brand voice and tone that resonates with US audiences.
  • Experience using social analytics tools to track performance and surface insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive — comfortable working across time zones with a global team.
  • Experience working within or alongside a global brand team is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of NEOM Wellbeing's US-based content across all NEOM social channels, including content planning, copywriting, and scheduling across organic platforms.
  • Shoot, edit, and publish social content — Reels, TikToks, Stories, static posts — that makes the NEOM Wellbeing brand unmissable for US audiences.
  • Work alongside the Senior Brand and Content Manager to shape and finalize NEOM Wellbeing's US social strategy, ensuring it is grounded in and aligned with the global social direction.
  • Adapt global campaigns for US audiences in close collaboration with the Global Brand and Social team, bringing a social-first US lens to ensure local resonance without losing brand consistency.
  • Manage US-based content creator relationships, from briefing and seeding to performance tracking.
  • Capture content at US press events, retailer activations (including Ulta), and brand moments in market.
  • Build and nurture an engaged US community — responding to comments, DMs, and brand conversations across platforms.
  • Track and report on US social KPIs and regularly share US market intelligence and audience insights with the Global Brand and Social team to inform global strategy and planning cycles.
  • Collaborate with the US Integrated Marketing team and PR agency to align social activity with launches, campaigns, and commercial priorities.
