About The Position

Little Sleepies is a rapidly growing company specializing in soft and durable family products, known for its unique prints and comfortable fabrics like Lunaluxe® and Soluxe®. The company is driven by innovation, care, creativity, and a passion for bringing joy and comfort to families worldwide. This hybrid role is based in Los Angeles, CA, requiring a minimum of three days per week at the company headquarters. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the social media strategy to drive sales, brand affinity, and loyalty across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in social media management, specifically on TikTok and Instagram.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Intimate understanding of the Little Sleepies product and brand.
  • Proven record of driving follower and engagement growth for major B2C E-commerce social media accounts (ideally 500K+).
  • Experience with social media software.
  • Up-to-date on pop culture and trends, understanding of what appeals to parents (particularly moms).
  • Experience creating content from phone-captured videos to memes and GIFs.
  • Comfortable being on camera.
  • Experience working with an in-house creative team (briefing, art direction).
  • Experience working with influencers and content creators.
  • Storytelling ability to captivate and engage an audience.
  • Experience evaluating social media analytics and adapting strategies based on insights.
  • Some experience with paid marketing channels (Paid Social, SEM, Affiliate).
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule at the Los Angeles, CA HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social & content marketing plans to drive sales growth, community engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Execute a content calendar across owned social media platforms, primarily TikTok and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and content creators to develop assets and copy.
  • Conceptualize and produce trending/ad-hoc content from HQ.
  • Oversee the Social Media Specialist, providing direction and mentorship.
  • Partner with the Community Management team to maintain brand voice and maximize connection with the VIP group.
  • Provide weekly and monthly KPI reporting to cross-functional and leadership teams.
  • Evaluate and optimize social performance on all platforms.
