About The Position

AlphaSights is seeking a bilingual Client Service Associate fluent in Mandarin to participate in a unique global mobility program. This program offers the opportunity to experience working within two AlphaSights offices in world-class cities. You will start in the New York Client Service team for approximately 6 months, receiving a crash course in the AlphaSights business, including significant training and professional development. Following this, you will permanently relocate to the Hong Kong office to leverage your cross-cultural learnings to maximize client and firm outcomes. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in a fast-paced commercial role with immediate personal impact and a clear career path.

Requirements

  • Strong academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above)
  • Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university
  • Relevant internship experience
  • Fluent English and Mandarin is required
  • Work authorization in relevant office locations; STEM/OPT eligibility will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting experts: speaking on the phone with experts who are uniquely relevant matches for clients' projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
  • Taking ownership of every aspect of projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration.
