Gen AI Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)
About The Position
Glint Tech Solutions, a women-owned, global IT staffing and recruiting firm, is partnering with a leading enterprise client to hire a Gen AI Engineer for an onsite role in Phoenix, Arizona. The position requires fluency in spoken and written Mandarin. The engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using large language models (LLMs), Knowledge Graphs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks, and AI agents. The role involves developing intelligent applications, improving reasoning and contextual responses through Knowledge Graph integration, creating vector search and semantic retrieval solutions, optimizing prompts and model performance, and deploying scalable AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP. The engineer will work with stakeholders and team members in Mandarin and English.
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
- Experience with Neo4j and Knowledge Graphs.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks.
- Experience with prompt engineering and NLP.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI architectures.
- Cloud deployment experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
