About The Position

Glint Tech Solutions, a women-owned global IT staffing and recruiting firm, is partnering with a leading enterprise client to hire a Gen AI Engineer for an onsite role in Phoenix, Arizona. The engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using large language models, Knowledge Graphs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents. The role requires fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and professional English communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin.
• Professional English communication.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Experience with Neo4j and Knowledge Graphs.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and NLP.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI architectures.
• Cloud deployment experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Build intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models and AI agents.
• Integrate Knowledge Graphs with LLMs to improve reasoning and contextual responses.
• Develop vector search and semantic retrieval solutions.
• Optimize prompts and model performance.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Work in Mandarin and English with stakeholders and team members.
