About The Position

Innova Solutions is hiring a Gen AI Developer / Engineer for a client in Jersey City, New Jersey. This is an onsite, W-2 contract role lasting six or more months. The position involves developing, training, and implementing machine learning and AI models using relevant data sources. The engineer will apply techniques such as natural language processing, computer vision, or predictive analytics as needed to meet project objectives; prepare and evaluate data and models; deploy AI-driven applications; monitor production performance; document methodologies; and collaborate with technical team members to align solutions with project requirements. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in GenAI prompt engineering, full-stack AI development, Python, and AWS. The stated pay range is $55–$60 per hour. Benefits are available based on eligibility.

Requirements

3–5 years of GenAI prompt engineering experience.
3–5 years of full-stack AI development experience.
3–5 years of Python experience.
3–5 years of Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience.
Must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis; 1099 and Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not considered.

Responsibilities

Develop, train, and implement machine learning and AI models using relevant data sources.
Apply natural language processing, computer vision, or predictive analytics techniques as appropriate for project objectives.
Conduct data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation to ensure solution quality.
Deploy AI-driven applications and monitor their performance in production environments.
Document methodologies and collaborate with technical team members to align solutions with project requirements.
