About The Position

Join a technology team in Sunnyvale as a GenAI / Backend Developer, architecting and scaling production-ready Generative AI systems while developing robust backend services and APIs. The role focuses on integrating LLMs and other Generative AI technologies, building RAG pipelines, and delivering next-generation solutions for user experiences. The position is onsite in Sunnyvale, California.

Requirements

At least 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Advanced knowledge of Python programming and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proficiency developing backend services, APIs, and LLM/GenAI integrations.
Experience building and optimizing RAG pipelines and vector search/databases.
Strong expertise in SQL data ingestion and processing.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and production-quality development workflows.

Nice To Haves

Experience with additional cloud platforms or backend frameworks.
Familiarity with emerging AI toolkits or advanced GenAI architectures.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend services and scalable APIs for GenAI applications.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies into backend systems.
Develop and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve AI model performance.
Implement and optimize vector search and advanced database solutions.
Lead SQL-based data ingestion and processing initiatives.
Ensure code quality and reliability through Git source control and CI/CD pipeline best practices.
