About The Position

The Gen AI Developer Specialist will develop AI and generative AI solutions, using strong Python programming skills and AI coding assistants to translate business stories into working code and generate pull requests. The role calls for experience with machine learning and AI, large language models and chatbots, and AWS cloud services and infrastructure. It also requires knowledge of prompt and context engineering, memory management, token management, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vectorization, caching, and agentic AI frameworks.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in machine learning and AI.
• 4–5 years of hands-on Python programming experience.
• Extensive experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Amazon Q Developer to create coding prompts and contexts, turn business stories into quality working code, and generate pull requests.
• More than 1 year of hands-on generative AI experience, including work with different LLMs and chatbots.
• 4+ years of AWS cloud experience, including EKS, ECS, S3, Lambda, Kafka event streaming, Amazon Bedrock, Claude, OpenAI, Redis Cache, and NoSQL and SQL database development.
• Solid knowledge of prompt engineering and context engineering, long-term and short-term memory, token management, RAG and vectorization, cache management, and agentic AI frameworks.

• Hands-on development building MCPs and autonomous agentic workflows.
• Agentic AI development, including multi-agent systems for autonomous workflows.
• A/B testing AI features, including validation of real-time agentic decision-making.
• Auto lending or auto-finance background and experience.
• Hands-on RAG implementation, including vector databases.
