Urgent Care Program Manager
About The Position
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end program lifecycles within the Urgent Care horizontal. The Program Manager will design comprehensive program plans, provide operational support through tools and processes, and measure outcomes. They will partner with leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable scopes and timelines, ensuring initiatives advance Urgent Care enterprise goals. The role involves overseeing project performance, managing risks, reporting on progress, and providing administrative support for high-priority initiatives. Additionally, the Program Manager will cultivate strong partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders, demonstrating executive presence and fostering collaboration. A key responsibility is the creation, review, and presentation of executive-level deliverables, along with continuous innovation and improvement of operational processes.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Responsibilities

- Partner with leadership and bridge cross-functional departments to translate strategic objectives into actionable scopes, timelines, and integrated initiatives that directly advance Urgent Care enterprise goals.
- Oversee project performance, manage risks, report on progress, and provide targeted administrative support to ensure high-priority initiatives succeed.
- Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders by demonstrating executive presence, providing proactive support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust among team members.
- Develop, review, and present executive-level deliverables while continuously innovating and improving operational processes.
