About The Position

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent position at an established outpatient urgent care practice in Hixson, Tennessee. The provider will deliver direct patient care in a supportive, well-equipped clinical environment, without the administrative responsibilities of running a private practice. The patient population is diverse and includes children as young as 6 months, adolescents, and adults. The position is available full-time or part-time. Full-time providers may work up to 40 hours per week; part-time scheduling is flexible and may include evenings and weekends. The practice offers three- to four-day workweeks and block scheduling options. There are no on-call responsibilities or overnight shifts.
