About The Position

The University Program Coordinator manages renewals of University Program software contracts, with a focus on maximizing customer retention, reducing churn risk, and keeping databases accurate and up to date. The role initially supports university accounts in North America, with the possibility of expanding to other regions. It may also include opportunities to work on special projects.

The coordinator supports university users with registration, renewals, account creation, and other questions; manages assigned renewal accounts across multiple academic product bundles; and works with Cadence IT, Order Management, Export Compliance, and other groups to complete tasks and resolve order-processing issues.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Office and Excel, and ability to work in multiple databases at the same time.
• Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience communicating with customers by email and phone.
• Familiarity with online renewal forms and back-end order-flow management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and DocuSign.
• Experience working with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Stay on top of renewals for university accounts in North America, with potential to add other regions later.
• Proactively contact customers about renewals to help ensure their licenses do not lapse.
• Maintain complete and accurate account data and activity records in Salesforce.com.
• Monitor order-processing flow and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
• Support university users with registration, renewals, support account creation, and other questions.
• Manage assigned renewal accounts for multiple academic product bundles.
• Work with Cadence IT, Order Management, Export Compliance, and other groups as needed to complete tasks.
