About The Position

Utah First Credit Union is hiring a full-time Universal Banker, referred to as a Financial Expert, in Farmington, Utah. The role centers on building relationships with members and guiding them through their financial journeys, with fewer handoffs between staff. You may help members open accounts, navigate loans, understand their options, complete financial transactions, and handle cash. You will also identify opportunities to educate members and connect them with products that may make their lives easier. The position is 40 hours per week and starts at $20–$22 per hour, with incentive potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Customer service experience.
• Comfort handling cash and multitasking.
• Growth mindset and genuine interest in people and their stories.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy, with the ability to explain things simply and solve problems.

• Being fun at parties (optional, but preferred).
