About The Position

Two Universal Banker openings are available at the Frankfort Financial Center, including one Float position. The Universal Banker provides comprehensive banking services to consumer and commercial customers, combining teller transactions with relationship-based sales and service across service channels. The role involves engaging customers in financial conversations, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products and solutions while processing transactions accurately and complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Cash-handling and transactional accuracy experience.
Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in banking systems and digital tools.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Knowledge of consumer and commercial banking products and services.

Nice To Haves

Prior banking, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.
Experience working with consumer and small business clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver service to consumer and commercial clients in person and by phone.
Build and deepen customer relationships by understanding customers’ financial needs and goals.
Conduct needs-based conversations and provide tailored banking solutions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex concerns as appropriate.
Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
Balance the cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.
Support routine and complex transactions for consumer and business clients.
Collaborate with team members to achieve financial center goals.
Support branch operations, including opening and closing duties and dual-control procedures such as night drop.
Contribute to a positive, customer-focused team environment.
Participate actively in team and branch performance initiatives.
