About The Position

The Unit Operations Coordinator is a frontline point of contact who provides exemplary customer service to families, staff, providers, and visitors in person and by phone. The coordinator serves as a key liaison to other departments, helps provide other disciplines with the tools they need, supports patient care, and provides administrative support for the unit.
