About The Position

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage nursing staff on the assigned unit, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Ensure high standards of resident care and clinical outcomes.
Coordinate and oversee care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
