About The Position

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, one work location, consistent scheduling, and career growth opportunities. Pay is $105,000–$115,000 per year and is based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The Unit Manager RN will coordinate resident care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members; coach and develop staff; monitor clinical outcomes; promote quality improvement; and maintain compliance with facility policies and clinical standards. Requirements

Current RN license in Washington State or NLC eligibility.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, or healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to pass employment screenings.
