About The Position
Avalon Care Center Bellingham is seeking a Unit Manager RN to lead and support the nursing team on an assigned unit. The role focuses on high-quality, resident-centered care, clinical excellence, and meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff. Pay is $105,000–$115,000 per year and is based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Washington State or eligibility under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to pass employment screenings.
