About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents. The LPN uses the principles of Relationship Based Care, performs initial data collection on residents, and participates in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN. Benedictine is a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities

- Perform initial data collection on all residents.
- Participate in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN.
